# So far as I know, “infrarad” and “Foundation” invented the term “Core” and/or the criteria for membership. While these terms and criteria may shift over the course of the game, they served a vital role. If you are a SEHI, and you haven’t joined at least one superstruct, then you are not a “Core SEHI”. Luckily, this is easily corrected: join a superstruct, or propose your own. # In the meantime, we now have a “core”. What should we do with it? How should we expand it? What comes next? Sometimes it feels like we only have a few weeks to build political institutions online that took lifetimes to create out in the “real” world. Incredibly, we live in an age where a game, or a webpage can create new political institutions overnight!
