Climate change holdouts might face prosecution Businesses and governments who put us in this position may face retrospective prosecution DarkOptimism The Polluters Pay NGO, founded in 2010, has long been lobbying for the leaders of those nations which did not fully ratify the 2010 Climate Accord to be brought to trial for crimes against humanity. They have not had any explicit successes as yet, but there is no doubt that having such a well-funded organisation featuring many prominent climate scientists as members in the background has weighed heavily on the minds of climate negotiators over the past decade. They have announced this week that they are widening their campaign to target the heads of businesses legal and illegal which do not live up to our collective environmental responsibilities and will be working more closely with governmental environmental agencies and even law enforcement to push forward their agenda. In their press release Polluters Pay spokesman Stefan Yutreen quoted Albert Einstein s comment that all our lauded technological progress – our very Civilisation – has become like the axe in the hand of the pathological criminal and asserted that these criminals will be brought to justice.

# Us focussed and working together # Founder: weather2019 collaboration, collectivity, visualization, Meta-structing, proactive, doing, # Who We Need We re building off the Venn MotherStruct so we need visualisation experts and programmers. We re building off groups like the Facilitators, so we need people who know what s out there. We re building off a whole lot of other things, so we need you. # How to join You are welcome to join Us. Us welcomes anyone who is prepared to make the commitment to focus their energies on a selection of Superstructs. We re working a system to prioritise superstructs for attention, please give us some data to work with. 1. Name a superstructure you think is important. 2. Give it a mark out of 10 for enthusiasm how much you want to work on it, where 1 is you don t want to work on it at all, 5 is you don t mind working on it and 10 is you absolutely must work on this project. 3. Give it a mark out of 10 for efficacy how much you think it will directly contribute towards addressing the superthreats, where 1 is not very much, 5 is it ll help quite a bit and 10 it will solve a lot of problems . 4. Give it a mark out of 10 for enabling how much it is a useful tool that will enable other projects to work - this is where the facilitating superstructs will score highly - 1 is it doesn t help out any other supersructs, 5 is it might help a few superstructs 10 is it will help most superstructs . # Mission Working together to identify which superstructs to work on, and then working on them. Together. Us is not really a new idea, more a mission statement and a move towards phase 2 of Superstruct. A solidification of things that have been brewing recently… Us is a framework for applying the Venn MotherStruct so that a group of people that s us can prioritise what needs working on and do it in a way that doesn t divide the workforce. # Terraformers Go Back And Make It Work # Founder: Hector Valentine , # Who We Need People willing and able to work hard. You can learn everything else you need to know. # How to join Move to a place where the basic structures for some kind of life exist, but have been left behind by economic or political change, and rebuild. # Mission Failing manmade structures are all over the place: logging and mining camps, industrial and commercial zones, slums, and more. With a lot of elbow grease, they can be made into new centers for food production, security, and community.
